Overnight Salad

1 head lettuce shredded
1 lb bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 head cauliflower pieces
1 small onion sliced

In a large bowl layer the above.  Then combine:

1/4 cup sugar
2 cups Hellman's mayonnaise
1 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Spread over the top of salad.  Cover bowl tightly and seel edges with topping.  Refrigerate overnight and stir before serving.
