a la Buck

1 roast
Dorchester sauce
Heinz 57 sauce
lemon juice
water
Cut roast into 1/4” - 1/2” slices across the grain. In skillet
put 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp worchestire sauce, 2 tbsp Hienz 57 sauce, 1
capfull lemon juice. Put meat in sauce and cook on low until meat
is done. Pour the sauce on the meat when you serve.
