Parmesan
Chicken

“This is a quick, easy, low fat meal
for worknights!”
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
6 chicken breast halves, skinless
1/4 cup Italian fat free salad dressing
cooking spray
Combine crumbs through pepper. Dip chicken in dressing, dredge in
crumb mixture. Place chicken pieces in a 13 x 9 pan coated in
cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
