No Peek Chicken

3/4 cup raw rice (plain or wild)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 cup water
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup diced green pepper
2 tbsp sherry wine

Put chicken pieces on top of above ingredients.  Cover with 1 package onion (dry) soup mix, mushrooms, and sliced almonds.  Cover tightly.  Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.  No peeking!
