Black Bottom Cupcakes

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup of oil
1 tbsp vinegar
Cake batter equals 18 cupcakes. You will need to double batter
for a 13 x 9” pan.
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Mix ingredients and fold in 1 cup chocolate chips. Fill cups half
full of batter and add 1 tbsp of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for
20-30 minutes
