Vanilla Rice Pudding

3 cups of milk divided
1 cup minute rice uncooked (white)
1/3 cup raisins
2 packages (4 serving size) jello vanilla instant pudding
Boil 1 cup milk. Stir in rice and raisins. Cover and let
stand for 5 minutes. Prepare pudding as directed on package with
remaining 2 cups milk. Add rice mixture to pudding, stir.
Cover surface with plastic wrap. Cool 5 minutes. Serve warm
or chilled. Top with cinnamon.
