No Cook Fudge

4 cups sifted Confectioner's Sugar
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese softened
4 oz unsweetened chocolate - melted
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 tsp vanilla extract
dash of salt

Gradually add sugar to the cream cheese and mix well.  Add warm chocolate.  Stir in nuts and vanilla and salt.  Grease an 8 inch square pan and chill.
