Apple
Pudding

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup oleo
1 egg
1 cup nuts
2 1/2 cups chopped apples
Sift flour, sugar, and spices together. Cut in shortening by
hand, add eggs, then apples, and nuts. Pour into greased 9” pan
and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with warm sauce
or whipped cream if desired.
