Apple
Crisp

6 to 8 sliced apples
1 tsp cinnamon
lemon juice
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease oblong 9 x 12” baking
dish. Slice apples into dish. (At least one inch
high.) Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix butter, sugar, flour,
and cinnamon with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse
meal. Spread on apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
