Tomato
Pudding

Using stale bread in 1/2 inch cubes or purchase one bag of unseasoned
bread cubes.
Sauce:
1/2 lb of butter, melted
1 cup tomato puree
1 cup brown sugar
dash of salt
Cook the filling for 5 minutes. Place bread cubes in 8”
casserole, filling it 3/4 full. Pour sauce over bread cubes and
bake covered for 45minutes to one hour at 350 degrees. Remove
cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
