Potatoes

2 cups sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 small onion chopped
Bread crumbs
Mix sour cream and soup. Add remaining ingredients – except bread
crumbs. Mix well. Place in a baking dish. I spray
dish with non stick spray. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and bread crumbs are toasted.
