Enchilada
Casserole

2 cans enchilada sauce
1 pack corn tortillas
1 lb hamburger
2 bags cheese
1/2 onion
Dice onion brown with hamburger. In casserole dish layer bottom
with tortillas. Put half the meat then layer half the
cheese. Pour 1 can of enchilada sauce, then repeat with the
tortilla, etc. Make layers until your out of stuff. Bake in
over about 350 degrees 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted and
tortillas are warm.
