Strawberry

3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups sugar
4 eggs beaten
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 16oz package frozen strawberries thawed
Mix dry ingredients well. Add remaining ingredients, stirring
only until batter is moist. Batter will not be smooth.
Spray two loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray and add 1/2 of batter
to each pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let cool and
invert to remove from pan.
